Repairs, installs and 24-hour emergency work across the city, from our shop at 7155 Saul St in the Northeast.
Philadelphia is where this business started and where most of our work still is. The shop is at 7155 Saul St, which puts the Northeast, Kensington, Port Richmond, Olney and Center City all inside a short drive, and the rest of the city not much further. Storefront rolling gates on the commercial corridors, garage doors behind rowhomes, loading docks in the industrial blocks and parking-garage roll-ups — that is the daily mix.
Calls to (215) 696-0881 and (267) 475-4972 reach us directly, day or night. That matters most on emergency work: a storefront gate stuck open at 11pm cannot wait for a callback queue, and one of our Google reviews describes an hour from the call to a repaired commercial gate.
Because the shop is in the city, we also carry the parts Philadelphia gates actually use — the slat profiles, barrel springs, lock cylinders and bottom bars common on corridor storefronts — so most repairs finish on the first visit.
All ten service categories are available anywhere in Philadelphia.
The service with its own full page is Rolling Gate Repair.
The Northeast is closest to the shop, but we work the whole city.

Frankford Avenue, Kensington Avenue, Germantown Avenue and the neighbourhood shopping strips are solid rolling-gate territory. Most of those gates are twenty years old or more, so slats, springs and locks are the usual calls.
Overhead and roll-up doors in the Northeast and along the river take the heaviest use. We service and replace them around your opening hours rather than shutting the bay down mid-shift.
Roll-up doors, gate motors, keypads and remotes for residential buildings — including the after-hours calls when the gate stops at half height.
Single garage doors, springs, openers and sensors. These are the fastest jobs we do and usually go in the same week you call.
We are open 24 hours, seven days a week. If a gate will not close and the premises are exposed, the first job is always to secure the opening — then we come back to finish the permanent repair if a part has to be ordered.
Both lines ring through to us. No answering service.
A rowhome garage, a corridor storefront and a loading bay use different hardware and different labour.
A sensor or a lock cylinder is a small job; a barrel spring, a curtain section or a motor is a larger one.
Motorised gates and doors add the operator, limits and wiring to the diagnosis and the testing.
Tight alleys, recessed openings and tall storefronts may need ladders or a lift, priced in the estimate.
Emergency and after-hours work is quoted before we roll, so you always hear the number first.
Since 2016, from one shop, with Pennsylvania license #PA163368 and both lines answered around the clock.
